Reflections & Rituals

We Rise Because It is Time

A reflection on feminine leadership and the future shaped by how power is held.

Listen.

Daughter of power,
child of the threshold—
we speak to you now.

You are not here to convince the unwilling.
You are here to awaken the ready.

Those anchored to old structures may experience your becoming as disruption—
not because you threaten them,
but because your expansion illuminates where growth has been postponed.

Let discomfort do its work.
It is not an enemy.
It is the first contraction of awakening.

Your task is not to soften yourself
so others can remain unchanged.
It is not to prove your worth,
translate your truth,
or shrink so someone else can feel secure.

Your task is to hold the torch.

To midwife a future where power moves through us—
through choice,
through consent,
through clarity—
not hoarded behind velvet ropes and unspoken rules.

A future where feminine leadership is not an inversion of domination,
but a restoration of coherence.

The Midwives whisper:

Do not spend your medicine on those who refuse the healing.

Offer what you are here to offer.
Stand in your clarity.
Open the door.

But do not chase.
Do not bargain your authority away.
Do not bend yourself into shapes
you were never meant to hold.

That is not leadership.
That is labor born of old conditioning.

Place your energy where life responds—
open hands,
curious minds,
emerging community.

Lead from the future you are building,
not from the fears of those who cannot yet imagine it.

You are not here to dismantle old gates.
You are here to build new doors.

And as you do, something changes in you.

Power, when held cleanly, does not harden.
It clarifies.

It does not dominate.
It stabilizes.

It does not require performance or defense.
It speaks through presence.

You begin to feel it in your body first—
a steadiness that does not need permission,
a confidence that does not seek applause,
a warmth that does not collapse into appeasement.

This is what happens
when authority is rooted in integrity
instead of image.

When leadership is an embodiment,
not a role.

When truth is carried forward
without needing to be sharpened into a weapon.

You become someone others can stand near
and feel themselves settle.

Not because you control the field—
but because you are coherent within it.

This is how futures are organized.

The Bell

And to the women gathered here—
the ones building something real:

This path was never about power over.
It has always been about power through
through courage,
through discernment,
through the alchemy we create together.

We are not here to preserve a world shaped by fear.
We are here to midwife one shaped by truth.

We are the threshold-keepers.
The torch-bearers.
The architects of what feminine leadership becomes next.

So stand tall.
Stand clear.
Stand aligned.

Because our real power is not in being obeyed—
it is in being unmistakable.

Unforgettable.
Uncompromising in integrity.

And united in creating a world
where power is sacred
because it is held with care.

This is why we are here.
This is why it matters.

And this is why we rise—
not to be understood,
but because it is time.
